Any cancellation or rescheduling of a booking requires a minimum of 48 hours notice. Any later and the cost of the booking will be forfeited.

Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time with 48 hours notice. If a cancellation is requested less than 48 hours before a renewal payment is taken, this payment may still be taken and the cancellation will come into effect the following month.
