The Nature Mind Programme
The Nature Mind programme is an accessible way to draw upon the health benefits of nature while accounting for the constraints of the modern lifestyle. It draws upon a combination ecotherapy, mindfulness, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques to guide you in reawakening your connection to nature and exploring life’s challenges through interactions with the natural environment.
It is a collection of tried and tested activities which can be combined to facilitate your journey through specific challenges in your life. For example, finding motivation, dealing with stress and anxiety, or making a difficult decision.
The Nature Mind should not be used as a substitute for therapy or professional medical advice. If you have any concerns about your well being please seek advice from a licensed professional.
Conversations with Dr Jen is a podcast which explores the benefits of spending time outdoors and going on adventure. Each episode interviews a new guest who share their experience of using nature and adventure to help them overcome different challenges in their lives. If you want to explore a new way of telling your story or connecting with your audience I can offer my services as an semi-structured interview podcast host and or editor.
